About Allie Fancher

Allie Fancher is a Licensed Realtor and Director of Operations for the Welu Home Team with Keller Williams Realty Elite. Allie has worked in customer service and hospitality for the last 10 years and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients to serve their needs currently and in the future. She has been interested in the real estate market since she was young – her father was a mortgage broker and her mother was an interior designer – and she has gleaned a wealth of knowledge of homes, financing and design from their experiences. She earned her Bachelors degree in Social Science and utilizes her sociology studies everyday in her work to forge new connections and build strong relationships with a wide variety of clients. She is currently enjoying her role “behind the scenes” working hand-in-hand with Cindy Welu to build systems to enhance the client experience and make the home buying and selling process as worry free as possible for clients. Allie currently lives in the Lake Minnetonka area with her boyfriend. When they aren’t out boating and enjoying the short Minnesota summers, Allie enjoys cooking, decorating and an ever-evolving renovation of their home. She’s not one to shy away from a challenge!
